We have an app company! It is a separate company founded in 2011 (a division of our parent corporation) dedicated to developing cutting-edge apps with family-friendly pricing, featuring games designed to improve speech, language and auditory skills! See us on the Apple iTunes App Store and check out the website for Hamaguchi Apps for a sneak peek at what's coming next!
Hamaguchi & Associates Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists, Inc. is a professional corporation dedicated to providing private speech-language therapy for children in a warm and loving environment. We've been in Cupertino since 1996! We take pride in being a model of “best practices” in the field of speech-language pathology, utilizing state-of-the-art methods, tests, training, and materials. Our licensed speech-language pathologists are passionate about working with children, and all hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, are licensed in the state of California and members of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Our office is child-friendly, complete with toys, puppets, videos, games and specialized software. We offer assessments, as well as individual or group therapy sessions for children up to age 12.
We are no longer taking on new clients for summer services as we are completely booked. We are now scheduling for assessments in August and therapy beginning in our fall/academic year program the week of August 20th. There is a waitlist for all appointments after 2pm. Go to FORMS to fill out a registration form and Patient History to get started. If you are looking for an afternoon appointment, please fill out a Waitlist Form.
Founder and Director, Patti Hamaguchi is a BabyCenter.com expert, author of Childhood Speech, Language & Listening Problems: What Every Parent Should Know (Wiley & Sons, 3rd edition 2010) and two books on the treatment of auditory processing by ProEdinc.com. **We are not able to take stuttering, feeding, voice or augmentative communication (AAC) assessment or therapy cases. We are also not able to take on children with aggressive behaviors towards our staff, who are resistant to therapy or who cry/scream frequently and disrupt our other ongoing sessions.
